Hi @TIAGO_ZACARIAS_1, With the option enabled, when one of the links fails, the traffic through that port-channel still has to continue flowing through the same Firewall box and through the remaining physical links. If this is not happening, this can be a regression. I see your SonicWall appliance is on an older firmware…

Hi @NERDB, You can go with first radio option. This shouldn't be an issue. When you connected a PC directly to the Firewall's X3 interface and tried pinging the interface IP from the PC, were you able to ensure if PING management was enabled on the interface? I see link status as 1 Gbps full duplex and this means the…

Glad to hear that you were able to perform @dan_ss.

Hi @Tiago_Zacarias_1, I haven't tried this option Active/Standby Failover only when ALL aggregate links are down. When I read the theory part, seems like the option suits your scenario. It was my bad. Appreciate your finding.

Hi @DJHURT1, Thanks. You can do a packet capture on the SonicWall with Interface Name as Guest VLAN interface, Ether Type IP, IP Type UDP and Destination Ports 67, 68. This will tell you if the DHCP packets from the Guest network client's IP request can reach the SonicWall. If you see no packets, we may need to diagnose at…

Hi @rmayoral, Thanks. Since the issue started happening after a power outage, did the SonicWall installed environment have necessary power backup?

Hi @TIAGO_ZACARIAS_1, AFAIK, the behavior cannot be changed as this is by design.

Hi @RMAYORAL, Thanks. Looks ODD. Does the blue power light still blink continuously? Looks like power issues. Have you tried different power outlet by any chance?

Hi @DAN_SS, The diag page access should work in Gen 7. I tested this out on a TZ 370 appliance. Please login to the Gen 7 box and change the URL to https://IPaddress/sonicui/7/m/mgmt/settings/diag You will land into the diag settings page. Hope this helps.

Hi @JEDB, I would suggest you to make use of layer 2 bridging concept on the TZ 350. Please refer the section Inline Layer 2 Bridge Mode on the below weblink. This would match your scenario. Configure the X1 interface on the same subnet as that of the ISP router and bridge the X0 interface with X1 interface using Layer 2.…

Hi @JEDB, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Could you please let us know if you are planning to insert the TZ 350 into an existing network? Or IP and subnet changes can be done? Please share your network diagram with IP subnetwork details for better suggestions.

Hi @EROS, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. I presume you are looking to get notified by the SonicWall when there is a new device connected to the network. Am I right? If yes, Logs on the SonicWall can predominately notify users during a violation. With SonicWall we can monitor certain devices status and update…

Hi @TIAGO_ZACARIAS_1, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. I guess this is an expected behavior because there is something called link weight that is calculated for each and every physical/virtual interfaces. If the link weight of one of the HA pairs becomes more than the other one, the HA failover happens to the…
